I don't know what is involved with a 'Clutch Kit' but it sounds like a bent or broken 'Clutch Fork' or a failed Pressure plate.

It was a poor weld to begin with, no penetration. Grind off all the local paint and take it to a pro. If repair is done on the machine, disconnect Negative Battery Cable before Welding.

If replacing a single rear Lug tire, Count the Lugs. I wasn't aware that cheaper could mean fewer Lugs and I ended up with Road noise with 4 fewer lugs on a large 4.75 New Holland Tractor rear.

First check your door sticker to see the combined weight allowed. I recommend backing it on to get more weight on the tongue. Be absolutely sure that the Trailer brakes are working. Get the rig weighed if possible. Block it and chain it down well, then add a couple more chains!

Good accurate advice. Most people operate them set too Low. This impedes chopping and is hard on expensive parts.

Take it to a tire shop. Fix the leak. Install a tube if necessary. DO NOT put any type of sealant inside unless you completely Foam Fill the tire.

Dig up and Fill any Potholes/low spots first. Spread your Crushed Stone and don't worry too much about the Crown. Put down the Stone Dust (1/2" Crusher Run) before final vibrating. I would suggest doing the final compacting after a rain.

Try 'jumping' it with the + lead directly on the Starter. NEVER boost these small engines with a vehicle and engine running. You could burn out the Stator and your engine will no longer charge your battery.

You have a huge battery drain somewhere. You might start feeling wiring etc or disconnect any amateur wiring. Sometimes a bad Voltage Regulator can do that but most or all are now solid state built into the Alternator. Try a new Ignition switch.

It isn't necessary (at least to many) to remove every flake of snow. I bolted some 1¼" square hardwood 6" long with 45° cut on each end to the 'shoes'. Works for asphalt too to keep from wearing out the 'shoes'. No rock throwing ever.
