Does your tractor have draft control on it? If so make sure it is in the down position completely. If all the way up, it will make the 3 point very sensitive to upward adjustments.

Don’t some injection pumps have a screen on the inlet? Is it could be partially plugged.

The draft lever needs to be in the down position for minimum sensitivity. I use this feature all the time using a grader box. I just don’t understand why this is so hard for everyone to figure this out.

What position is the draft control lever in, all the way up or all the way down. It should be all the way down.

11.6 volts sounds low to me I thought 12.3 to 12.6 would be a normal charge. How many volts is the alternator putting out?

I got a line on a used set of tracks but don’t know if they will fit my JD 333d. The numbers on my tracks are 450 - 86 - 56 and the set I’m looking at is 450 - 86 - 59. Don’t know what 56 & 59 represents. Anyone has any idea if they will fit or what the numbers represents.

I have the same wireless remote as shown in previous pic & it works great. Battery no problem in remote, first one lasted 6 years then replaced. I do switch the remote to off when I’m not using it. Maybe why battery lasts so long.

When you install an overrun clutch, does the PTO shaft have to be shortened before use. To me l would think 2 or 3” would have to be taken off to keep from breaking the PTO mechanism in the tractor.

I have a case 485 which l replaced the water pump two or three years ago. I didn’t have to remove radiator.

Are these couplers designed to pull apart if hose catches on something? On my couplers l have to push in then jerk outwards to disconnect.

Jeff, l don’t agree with your price for a 70 HP tractor at 70,000 unless you are talking about new. I bought a JD 5425, 81 HP tractor, cab, loader for $39900 about 3 months age with 1954 hours.

I own a 2014 intimidator diesel. Haven’t had any issues at all with it. I use it mainly to get around on the land l hunt on. Rides great but doesn’t go very fast, around 30 mph.

Look on Facebook Market Place & you should be able to find a large selection of used disk harrows. May have to travel a little though.

I pull a 10’ disk with a Case 485 just fine. I’ve now got a JD 5425 (81 HP) that I’ll use to pull it with now.

I finally got the quick attach back from the machinist repaired. He was able to straighten and reweld. So now l have a spare incase l bend the new one. I did it once so l figure l can do it again. [emoji1]

I have a question, when adjusting the steering lock bolts do you have to take into account for when the front axle pivits to max angle ( tire rubbing against frame). Seem I’ve read this somewhere.

I just finished adding a cab guard including risers from fron of tractor. I also modified the grill guard by extending it out about 3” so l don’t have to fold it over to open the hood. Also welded some expanded metal on the front of the grill guard & rolled under the front.

You could use a stump bucket for digging up rocks & stumps which they are designed for. Grapple lids are also available for the stump bucket. They are sold by several manufacturers, Quick Attached, Everything Attachments, etc.

Well I finally got my Cultipacker put back together, new bearings installed.

Got everything painted & new bolts. Waiting on new bearings to come in in a few days. Had to bring bearing hubs to a local machine shop to get the old bearings out.
