How many of these are out in the wild and some general questions.

They were supposed to have a larger unit out about a year ago as I recall. 36hp? They even talked about a cabbed unit. Those never came to fruition. Maybe because Solis never followed through?
I have thought the Summit was a good looking tractor since I first saw on GWT YouTube channel. I still do. I have been wanting one since then. My local farm store actually has them in stock now. I was hoping to see a little larger version but really think the TX 25 is the right tractor now. Summit did a good job of putting features that count on it.

I just checked the Solis international website and there is no mention of a tractor in the 35HP range. The Hardy Brothers Outdoors YouTube channel reported on the Fall 2024 Agriculture Equipment show which and the various Solis tractors being sold in the USA and there wasn't a 35HP range tractor. He did mention the 75HP tractors are being brought to the USA now that the EPA has approved that engine. Solis has a 50HP tractor that is sold in Europe but so far not available in the USA.

In November 2023 ITL and Yanmar formed a 'collaboration'. (Solis is the brand of tractor made by ITL.) So I suspect the 35HP Yanmar YT235 will be rebadged for ITL/Solis and maybe to Summit with a few upgrades just as Solis did with their H24 model to make the Summit TX25. Summit sales strategy seems to be to sell through Home Depot and Home/Farm supply stores to small acreage hobby farmers. Whereas Solis is selling at established tractor dealerships that sell brands such as TYM, Mahindra, and LS. The latter is where I think a person looking to buy a larger tractor would likely shop. Thus I think a 35HP Summit tractor wouldn't make commercial sense.

I mean, Summit posted here last year saying fall of 2024 for a 35hp unit, and cabbed unit. Then said spring 2025.

They have not updated that guidance since.

Yep, I would really like to see some input from them here. I think reaching out to the smaller acreage owners and home users of this tractor was/is a good thing. I hope they will rekindle their desire to do that here.

Indeed. They used to be very active here I felt.

Just my $0.02.
The TX-25 is sized right for those looking for a bit more lifting capacity and functionality than can be found in a typical tractor of similar size. I hope they will connect directly with those usually in that market segment. I don't need the pseudo security of needing to buy only from a well known brand. I want value and functionality above all. I have to get retired and back to my home and buy one of these.
