I have a 2511T with the Egan pipe. It's an absolute screamer of a saw. I cut a lot of wood with that thing just because it's so dang fun. It would be a tough decision for me considering the 4910 and the 2511T are two of my most favorite saws.Dang the new 4910 isnt even here and a guy wants to trade me a new echo 2511PN for it.
Hmmm Dont really need a 4910 and rear handle version of 2511 to go along with clone 2511 be nice.
Plus side he already put a Egan pipe on it too.

I have 2 501 muffler modded and a echo 490 ported already and a clone 2511 TH.I have a 2511T with the Egan pipe. It's an absolute screamer of a saw. I will like to see your comparison of the 2511 verses the clone.I have 2 501 muffler modded and a echo 490 ported already and a clone 2511 TH.
I am sort of leaning toward the rear handle 2511.

With that pipe on it is better then some guys port job and their muffler mod.I will like to see your comparison of the 2511 verses the clone.
two 501's? You lucky dog!
I've been meaning to check the squish on my 2511T but haven't gotten around to it yet. May do that this weekend. With that pipe on it is better then some guys port job and their muffler mod.
I did a thread on a bunch from dyno runs. That little pipe alone is most of the gains made.
Some using stock muffler but opened up and ported cylinders. Didnt gain as much as the pipe alone.
I have 1/4" mini micro chain on my clone for pruning cuts. The rear handle one has 325 80TXL nano narrow kerf
