Nice project, moving along quickly. Your doing a lot of the work yourself? I assume frost is a non issue there? The footings look shallow compared to what they would be here. Continued good luck!

Yessir! Most days. When you're out out working in it everyday and you take the necessary precautions it is manageable. But by the end of the week I am whooped.

Technically the bottom of the footing should be 12" deep and most of them are except one little spot that needs to get backfilled some, then it will be 12" deep.. But no, we do not have issues with frost. If the ground ever froze 12" deep here I would be really shocked. I have seen ice on standing water only a handful of times in 25 years of living here.
