In all my years of living, never ordered one of those. I do remember the last time at Micky D's and it was over $7 and I had to look at the itemized receipt.

How long from date of PO to being delivered? I did a recent job on a 20 ton and I cut out the factory installed options because everything called for was at least 16 weeks out, and that was only the other week. 3 phase commercial is really a hit or miss time wise pretty much with everyone for the last 18 months.

I would need to look back.

The old Carrier R12 had a large 6 piston compressor and a smaller 4 piston compressor to make 50 tons with 4 condenser fans.

The new 410a unit has 4 much smaller vertical compressors and only 3 condenser fans and the the copper piping is smaller diameter.

480v 3 phase and it was something like 22 weeks and that unit was damaged at point of shipment so we were on hold… the replacement unit was maybe 4 weeks including transit…

Just in time as 100 degree weather forecasted.

The old unit was still providing 40% capacity and worked its heart out but through winter and spring…

I locked out the hot water reheat coils which let temps fall overnight…

At 4 am I turned on a dozen warm touch 1800W blanket warmers in recovery which got me to 66 by 6am

Also turned on dietary ovens to warm that area…

No rental air since last summer/fall

When you look at that chart no wonder some feel inflation has "doubled" food costs. Particularly how steep the lines are starting 2021, late 2020.

Food, Shelter and Energy are my indicators...

Southern CA (Los Angeles, Irvine and Long Beach) least affordable based on income but on the other end are some very affordable places such as Buffalo, Fort Wayne, Toledo, Wichita and Detroit come to mind as most affordable to income...

I use to fill up at 24.9 cents a gallon and as mention a $1 in your pocket was a meal with beverage...

My father at age 87 living with us pictured below. When he passed away, his hair got a little more grayer.

The only guy who could compete with my dad was my wife's uncle. He had a bigger head of hair at age 88 when he passed, but it was ALL white.

I mean, as a son when you get older, how in the heck can you compete with this head of hair??

In all seriousness, looking at the top of my dads head, I haven't had that much hair since I was 18 years old. I found a # 2 on the sides much kept it looking the same way for last 40 years on my end, but no where as much on top on my end per "natural growth" LOL

Look at your mothers side of the family, I am told this is where this trait comes from.

I bought MILs '74 Nova but wished I had one she had before that...'69 Chevelle SS 427 4 speed, red & black vinyl int.
She never owned a 4 door car.
She lost her permit in her 80s, macular degeneration. Wife went by with Mustang straight shift. Mom couldn't see it hardly at all but sat in it...then asked to drive it. We argued a bit then she said living there since 1932 she knew the streets! So she took off going around the block. We heard tires squawk each perfect gear change. She pulls up, gets out with a big smile saying "my last drive".
She passed at 97.

A car girl, my MiL and wife are the same way. How she has not gotten a ticket is beyond me.
