Good evening all. 63ºF for the start, mostly clear, light breeze. Light wind, Partly cloudy sky, and high temp was 90ºF. Chapel to start day, than pancakes afterwards. Conserved energy rest of day. Did get nap in.
David glad nice dinner with wife. Sorry about fixing wire did not fix problem. Good luck finding faulty wire or safety interlock.
Ron weird how the fridge is intermittent. Glad power usage is down with new fridge. Hope the light project was easy to fix. Nice pic
Buppies 5 inch is a lot to be down. Hope you found something to get into. prayers sent.
Billy glad you had productive day yesterday. Interesting pics.

good morning all, to bed early, up early.
never got to mowers yesterday but today should be an equally nice sunny day and
bagger and new blades will go on today. 79 and sunshine today, had to turn a/c back on yesterday for a little while.

great dog pics guys. I admit I'm looking at dog videos. SPCA websites, something like a terrier, has to be small enough to travel in rv with me.
been kicking this idea around a long time. Maybe time for me to have some company here. I see how Sassy gives Ron so much happiness

have been putting that Tolak goop on my head to get rid of "crusty head" and I think it just chemically burns off what the dermatologist does manually.
hope it works, feels like top of head burned but there's a lot of damaged skin there, and sadly not very much hair anymore, so have to do something.
hope it works, actually has anti cancer ingredients.

I don't know where these 4am genes came from but I guess that's why they make coffee

Poured first cup of coffee. 53° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 80° with plenty of sunshine. Worked on pond lighting. Found electronic in unit was bad. Installed a dusk to dawn sensor on transformer. It worked OK. Ordered a new landscape control unit. It showed up a day early. Took a few minutes to install. Got lights on pond and flag this morning. While doing some search on EBAY found a 2300 psi electric Pressure washer for a super deal on damage box. It arrive on Saturday. Assembled it and used to power wash back of house. Works good. Need to do some more house washing today.

Ron, glad you got the 2300. My 1850 barely gets the job done foaming the rv, just not enough oomph.

I can remember the days turning up the dial on the Northern Tools Honda powered pressure washer to 4000 psi and going
after a mower deck. Really need protective gear the crap comes flying back so fast...
I ripped a lot of labels off with that washer, forced me to get a baby one just to do machinery.
not like some of those big ugly safety labels were really needed.

most of the time it's supposed to be about the chemicals, not the pressure.

don't forget to winterize it
the snows of November come early to Michigan...

Good morning!

God has given us another chance to get it right (or at least not screw up too badly).

59.2F going to low 80s, sunny day.

Bailey had an enjoyable peaceful unHarried walk up toe woodlot. Harry is off at Training Part Two, trainer assures us we will be able to walk him off-leash out at the woodlot… I want to see what happens when a deer gets spooked — Bailey was all set to chase it over hill and Dale, but she is really good at recall and Mrs put a stop to that escapade with just as simple call.

today will start with unloading a batch of firewood (about 1/4 cord) then going up to the woodlot for more splitting, plus I will FINALLY start fitting up that large pine I dropped back in June - I am hopeful that it lost some water weight from sitting baking all summer.

Then I have to work on ice maker… I am Not looking forward to pulling the refrigerator out of its niche…
