Cat 2 diameter, but cat 1 spacing?

My box blade has a cat 1 clevis for the lift arms:

The cat 2 OD bushings need to be long enough to be up against the lift arm and stay in the thickness of the clevis when your cat 1 pin is in place.
The bushing length is from the points of the arrows:
