It's a shame some of "those people" don't realize it takes 100 gallons of "fuel" to produce a battery that will save ONE gallon of fuel on the road.

And show where those batteries are recycled. They're not--They're buried and we're told they're being converted back to original elements. Sure. :laughing:

A Tesla battery costs about $20,000 and is proven to average 250,000 Mike service life. At 30 MPG that would be 8333 gallons. At $2/gallon and "100 gallons to save 1" that would be $1,666,667 of fuel to build that $20,000 battery. I call ******** in your claim.
