Here's how I upgraded mine. The pad eye is used when hauling it. I hook a big shackle to the pad eye and run the front chain thru it.

That’s pretty close to what I’ve planned for mine- I’ve got the expanded mesh sheet in the shop waiting for me to plasma cut it to shape.

Like the pad eye-think I might add that to the mod.

Removed yet another freakishly large creosote bush...

Finally finished making brackets and installed some LED lights. I made the brackets with the same spacing front and rear so the same light bar could be installed in front if I decide the 2 work lights aren't adequate.

Attempted to remove a small tree stump. I just made a mess sinking my tires in this darn Virginia mud. I think we are up to 3rd place for the wettest year on record in Virginia.

Nice job on the lights.
I liked my Tuff Top canopy for my Kioti.

You値l want the grapple first-it makes chipping a much easier task. Pile the brush and limbs up with the grapple-switch over to the chipper at the pile and go to town!
A grapple would be a nice addition, but, so far I have been able to drive my chipper close enough to my brush plies to not really need one. About 5 hours on the WoodMaxx MX-9900 now and couldn't be happier! When I first moved in with my wife to be, (and the one who owned the acreage) she said that whatever I do, "don't by crappy tools. Only get quality tools or you will regret it in the long run!" Being a natural cheapskate it took a few purchases to learn this lesson, but, then it finally sunk in. With acreage, you are really taking care of things on a commercial level, and so your tools need to be up to the task. The WoodMaxx MX-9900 definitely meets the criteria.

Nice job on brackets! I do hope you don't have the flying bugs like we do because with the lights under the canopy I had on my mitsubishi I had to change it just spent too much time with face full of them! I also would suggest if planning to use backhoe at night mount lights on the backhoe use trailer plug between tractor and backhoe to disconnect! I find with lights behind me on backhoe that I can't see down in the hole because of shadows!
