It might be better in the long run though, if you took the time to empty out some of the heavier items first.
That seems like common sense.
Don't pull with a V hook up. Put a spreader bar in, then do the V hookup.
I am going to assume the reason for doing this is so that the pull on the skids will be more straight in line with each one instead of putting inward pressure on the flooring materials to hold the skids apart. Your spreader bar would take the compressive forces instead of the flooring material. Is that what you had in mind?
