No, no intentions of walls. Primary purpose of carport is water catchment. Secondarily, Canada Dave gets to park his car there.
Of course, should things change and we were to end up living in cottage again...

Someone asked about the Versatube kit. I’d rate it a solid 9 of 10. I would have preferred another 2 or 3 rows of purlins per side. I’ll also likely add some diagonal bracing to sides. I would have preferred 4ft vs 5ft spacing between trusses.

Yes, we are completely off grid, no utilities other than cellular and satellite.

Some trim for sure and still a bunch more screws. Will be adding some additional bracing, but first...

Two additional areas for roofing.
Approx 15x6 over the rear deck and approx 8x6 to tie in from existing deck cover

No plans to add another tank to the current 3kgal. We average 140 inches rain/yr. that would be nearly 40 tanks/yr.
