Good Morning everyone!!!!!!
A beautiful, clear 31ºF for this morning’s low temperature; a clear and sunny 54ºF presently; and I anticipate a clear and sunny afternoon with temperatures in the high 60ºF’s. The windshields were iced up and there were scattered pockets of frost here this AM. The most cold sensitive vegetation in my lower field took some frost nip, the garden (or what’s left of it) was untouched, but the squash and tomatoes are not happy. I’ll probably see more frost damage later. Plan for today- try to accomplish what I planned to do yesterday. Plan for tonight introduce two of our friends to that newly reopened restaurant that we like nearby.
Thanks for the + posts. I am much improved from yesterday and no more blood passed. I’ve known about the pre-cancerous cells in my esophagus for since my first endoscopy ~10 years ago. Based on risk factors then I had a 1% chance of those cells going cancerous. Now I have just about all the risk factors and I now am up to 5% chance. Like DABSGT this is a good time to start on the dieting, food choices, and some lifestyle changes. Other than my challenges with portion control, sausages and red meats we really eat healthily. Don would approve of most of what we eat
. I need to work on portion control, timing of meals, and cut down on the martinis.
. The last time I did this I started having serious challenges with hypoglycemia; I needed to stop almost all the insulins that I now take. We’ll see.
Pwinters- Welcome to GM.
David- I am sorry to read about your P3’s video interference challenges, but thank for the ground based pic. I never had much problem with video signal breakup/loss (except for range issues), but I had a dedicated TV Tx and and video Rx monitor. Good luck.
DABSGT- That prime roast looks like awesome eats and done to perfection. I have a functional Weber for a backup to my BigGreenEgg; cobbled together from all the Weber grills I had prior to the BGE purchase. For the $, I think those Weber grills cannot be beat. Congratulations on your weight loss. Good luck on the range today.
BEF- Good luck with the neurologist today. I hope the neurologist can help figure out what is driving your neuropathy, and thanks for sharing your “trip.”
Buppies- I hope you feel better, get some decent restful sleep, and good luck with the basil cell removal. It’s really hard to get motivated and energized for projects when one spent the previous evening awake, tossing around, and wrestling the sheets, blankets, and pillows.
I really enjoy the project and life sharing from all. I much prefer to read about the shenanigans here than what's reportedly going on in the "real world."
I hope that everyone is having a decent day today, projects moving along as hoped, those on the mend and healing keep mending and healing.
My + thoughts and prayers.
