I love it! I'm a sucker for ice cream; I have to pay attention, or I will eat it until I'm sick. I know, I've seen me do it!

I have loved ice cream since I was a child.....
my current fav is called Coffee
I try not to have some each evening but I would guess 4-5 times a week.....

A the Richardson's Ice Cream, (Northeast) had the best Black Raspberry I ever tasted.
My favorite saying for Ice Cream... I heard it at Fenway Park, and it was, "Make your Liver Quiver" !
I too eat a small amount of Ice Cream every nite, and then there are those nights that the wife brings home Chunky Monkey, another of those favorites that just hits the spot !

Ah, ice cream. Now a distant memory since mid April. One in a long line of things I gave up on this new diet. No sugar of any kind.

My wife has tried several brands and likes a couple of them. She went on weight watchers well over a year ago and is religious about portion control, carbs, sugar, etc....
I also have diabetic friend that eats sugar free ice cream and seems to be pretty satisfied with it.
I've even tried it and it is pretty tasty!
Give it a try if the other ingredients are OK with your diet. :thumbsup:
