I ordered my 60" EA Grapple on Monday.

I got the shipment email last night. Exactly 4 weeks from ordering.

Looking forward to a new toy... er I mean tool!

Just starting week 2 waiting for my wicked 55 grapple. Way too wet to use it anyway, but still looking forward to it.

SmokeyDog touched on a subject back on post #20. BEFORE you get your grapple. Do something to your grill guard. Most OEM grill guards will stop stuff the size of garbage cans - not much else. Your joy of a new grapple will fade if you put a limb, stick or stob thru the radiator, grill or battery.

Yeah, that’s coming up for me. Need to find some expanded metal.

24"x24" carbon steel expanded metal was about $50 from Mcmaster Carr

Went to the local metal shop and got a 21x50 cutoff of expanded metal for $12. Might get it cut and welded in tonight.
