Is there an avail options list for Kubota L2501 tractor, Im wondering what my options are as far as I know there is a possibility of adding a brushguard, a more comfortable seat, maybe floormats are avail?

Id like to know what is avail and at what cost.

Im hoping to gather this info myself versus relying on the dealer to inform me.

Go to the Kubota site and build one

https://apps.kubotausa.com/configurator/BuildMyKubota.aspx?pgId=1&bmId=1060&sId=125

Of course they list only the options they sell which doesn't include all of the non-Kubota branded stuff out there.

Thanks, I seen a you tube video where he mentioned a more comfortable seat or deluxe seat with arm rests, I didnt see it on the Kubota site?

Also my B series has rear wheel weights, I think they are a big help in the sand I have to deal with, Kubota site mentions wheel weights but no picture, are these possibly the same and would you say they would be a wise choice?

It also is telling me that adding a front loader and grille guard isnt possible? I am pretty sure Ive seem it on You tube so Im assuming it has to be fact?

Can someone explain to me the rear remote hydraulic valves??? Would I already be getting these since Im ordering with a backhoe?

On the loader package they offer 2 options

1- HEAVY DUTY FRONT LOADER PACKAGE

2- HEAVY DUTY FRONT LOADER W/2-LEVER STYLE COUPLER

What are the differences? Im getting a quick disconnect bucket, safe to assume thats option 2?

Im also needing a grapler yet I see none listed?

On the backhoe they offer a rubber stabalizer, Im assuming that would be helpfull on a hard surface but useless on sand?

Weight is always a good thing when harrowing or pulling a turn plow or doing loader work where your bucket will be full of heavy material that you will be moving such as gravel or limerock, imho loaded rear tires usually do the trick for the loader work , for the other work mentioned wheel weights in conjunction with loaded tires is a bonus for traction when needed. If you opt for a Backhoe very few would also install wheel weights. Backhoe is 600 pounds, cantilevered well to the rear, with adjustable reach for additional counterbalance leverage if needed.

The Backhoe will only be off when you intend to mount a Three Point Hitch implement.

Personally, I would not "load" the rear tires with a Backhoe order. Others would. Too much weight for sand.

I suggest you order Kubota's rear/center drawbar for L2501 for dragging trees, etc.

Yes. Kubota terms industry standard SSQA "two-lever coupler".

I recommend three aftermarket options:

Ripper Tooth for Backhoe:
Talon Ripper Tooth

Ratchet Rake:
Ratchet Rake, LLC - Tractor attachment, Bucket attachment, Loader, Kubota, Landscape rake, Brush remover, York Rake, Harley Rake, Rock Rake, Tractor rake attachment, Construction attachment, Fire safety, Home fire safety, Fire prevention

A pair of 5/16" Ken's Bolt-on Bucket Hooks:

WIth regards to the factory grille guard and the FEL - I guess Kubota isnt smart enough to figure out how to both on this machine yet :(. Either that or they need to get a new web developer. You can probably find something after market. The L2501 is one of the most popular tractors out there right now.

Also you are going to need a third function to run a grapple(+$1,000 or so);in a pinch you can run hoses to the rear to use as rear remotes.Your dealer should be able to give you info on "LandPride" grapples or go to the aftermarket.

I appreciate all the comments and links, is there any one place where remote hydraulic valves dos donts uses, installations ect ect is explained in kid terms.

I know nothing about this other than what Ive been able to find doing a search of this site and Im still confused because the posts are assuming the basic terminology is already understood ( which its not )

In some cases, the FEL option includes an integrated grille guard, so the separate one isn't needed.

There's really no reason to keep the BH on full time if you have the rear tires loaded. Mine comes off easily enough, not sure about the K units.
