Now that we have unsuccessfully unstuck a drain plug and a light bulb, does anyone have anything else that is stuck that we cannot agree how to unstick? :confused3:

you probably have to push it in a tiny bit more. you can buy this. https://www.amazon.com/Extractor-Br...45199914&sr=8-2&keywords=broken+key+extractor or make one from a hacksaw blade by grinding, just be sure to keep the blade cool so you don't take the temper out!(grind, cool, repeat).. a hard steel wire with a hook on it can be tried too..
The key is not broken. The end is still on it. I think the tumblers in the cylinder have fell out of place and locked the key.

Turn the whole truck up side down and jiggle the key.
Take the electrical switch off the back and use a screwdriver to turn it to the proper position? I imagine that if you tried what was suggested previously with a vice grips and a slide hammer, then put the biggest flathead screwdriver you can fit into the key slot and turn it with a pair of pliers (or an adjustable wrench if the shank on the screwdriver is amenable to it) it will turn to the on position and work well enough for you to remove the lock.Even if the key was out I still don’t have a working cylinder and it requires turning to the on position to get the cylinder out which it won’t do. I think I’ll have to drill it out.
Wonder if just the right amount (tiny amt) of super glue on broken key would hold long enough to pull it out?
Did you fabricate that? That's a useful device! This has worked for me in the past: Penetrating oil, vise grips and light taps with a slide hammer.

I’ve since got the key out. The cylinder still won’t turn. The cylinder has to turn to take it out in one piece. Otherwise you could carry a new cylinder with a key and jerk the plastic off and be underway in your stolen vehicle in 5 minuets. ( you can bust the cylinder out and still be under way pretty quick )

Did you do the WD40/tapping/turning thing in the video?
No it came out with less drastic measures but the lock cylinder is still stuck.
