Because it was built before Europe went metric? :rotfl:

Did anyone ever ask if the op is left handed? Heç—´ probably been using right handed pipe wrenches and adjustable wrenches.
I would be VERY surprised if those little buggers would work on that plug.
LARGEST NEW RIGID PIPE WRENCH THAT WILL FIT IN THE AVAILABLE SPACE! PIPE CHEATER IF NECESSARY!
THEN...STORY OVER!!
No, all mine were made in 60's or earlier. I dont have one that small. You just convinced me I need that.Has anyone tried the $15 Amazon Rigid pipe wrench? I need to add a few pipe wrenches to my collection and I’ve never had one made this decade. I really wasn’t expecting quality at that price, but I would like it if it is.
If you are left handed is it righty loosey, lefty tighty? :rotfl:
If you are in Australia and left handed, then does it reverse iteself back to righty tighty, lefty loosey ? :rotfl:
Oh, so you have a set of these particular "Better Grip" wrenches with which to make such a assessment and, outright, dismiss their usefulness in this situation?
I do have a set of them and am confident, through experience with them, that the appropriate sized one (perhaps with a cheater bar) would work.
Why would you buy a set of those. Aren’t they supposed to be a one piece does all?
That’s a different tool and appears better then the one pictured here.
