Cloudy, high 50F start to the day with temperatures expected to reach the low 80F's this PM.

Coffee #1 was history a while ago; working on cup#2. Kona beans today. I will start some Costa Rican coffee beans tomorrow. After the run down to the "Big City" med run); a decent day for outdoor projects. Wifey informed me yesterday that "she" will be planting the herbs. I guess her collarbone is healed.

We had another gusher in our part of the county yesterday...roads closed, fields flooded. We were on the edge of the storm and still got .9 inches. More today. Was out at the garden this morning and we still have standing water.

Looks like indoor projects this week.

Buppies, you ever heard of Black Dawg Salvage? ...down off Rt 11 near downtown Roanoke. We've been watching their show on DIY network...very interesting projects...recent one had them salvaging parts off a car ferry ship docked in Norfolk that used to run from Delaware to New Jersey across the Delaware Bay. Another show had them taking a part an old mansion in Orange, and another had them using old salvage to build a beautiful bar for the renovated hotel at Natural Bridge.

I think we are going to visit their shop next time we can make it out your way.
