Thanks for all the good information. My BX24 is such a great tool I am going to do whatever it takes to keep it running.
All diesel in Oregon by state mandate is 5% BIODIESEL, many stations are selling the 20% BIODIESEL because they are not charging the 30 plus cents of state tax and are only charging the Federal Tax.
Uncle lives out on Oregon Coast and was having fuel problems before he got rid of the Dodge Cummins and was only buying fuel at Fred Meyer.

Have no Idea where they add it, if it is coming out of Portland or Vancouver it could already be in it. Look at the pump it should say what the bio diesel content percentage is.
Stopped using the metal drums and tank and just using 5 gallon jugs and never empty them all the way into the fuel tank, sometime you can see a little water in the bottom of the jug.
Put the Kubota B series plastic type water trap filters on everything, the BX, RTV and diesel lawn mower, the inline filters stop the water until overloaded and then the water just gets forced through, the filters with the metal end caps rust on my L3130.
