Hello, i am new tonthe forum but have lurked for awhile reading up on similar issues that I have or had.
I have a TC45 (unknown year) that just recently developed a problem where the fuel bowl does not remain full. This usually happens when the tractor is under load using the PTO and high RPMs.
I have searched and read several of the posts and replaced or cleaned the following items:
Fuel tank drained and cleaned several times
New fuel lines (primary and return)
New gasket at fuel sending unit
New fuel filter (2-3)
New fuel assembly
New gas cap
and the fuel lines were replaced on the "t" junction above the fuel assembly unit.
I do have a small leak at the left most injector. Under high RPMs fuel leaks out of it. Not sure if that could be causing my problem or if there is a problem with the fuel lift pump. I don't have a loss of power while using the tractor, starts and runs fine. When first starting, the tractor surges for about 2-3 minutes then evens out, has done this since i got it last year....I am at a loss on where to go next
