I know a few folks that could benefit from CBD OIL, if true. They can't sit still for a minute and it makes you want to slap 'em!

Not without some type of federal legislative action...
...I'm curious...in states with medical mj...does insurance cover the cost?...if not is it deductible (like other prescribed meds) from income tax?

Of course it about money (Doh, it's never been about anything else)...it's the reason states are sanctioning it...and the feds are going to want their cut which will only help the black market...

I do not believe insurance covers the cost of medical MJ. in any state. Insurance companies probably have not figured out a way to jack up the prices yet to make it worth the effort. And yes.....you're correct.......it's about the money.

Why would an insurance carrier Jack up the prices? They are the payor, not the payee.

If big pharmacy got on board, they would be jacking the prices.

Insurance likes high cost, they make a percentage of cost

I know that some of the life insurance companies have changed their underwriting rules regarding MJ usage. It used to be a an automatic decline, but not any more.

I got pulled over in a spot check yesterday and was asked about booze and dope (MJ). That was a first for me. I have never been asked about smoking dope before.

Spot checks are illegal in America, you need probable cause.

Not sure about the high costs comments but.........insurance companies make a ton of money........they are in cahoots with the drug companies........they're both rich.......they don't look out for you...just them.

I don't like alcohol, or marijuana, or any drugs. If they serve a useful purpose - ok. Otherwise it is the dumbing down of America.

Spot checks are legal in US if they are published in advance.
First spot check was in Canada

Made it 66 years without being stopped or questioned and I imagine I will be quite PO'd if it ever happens. I've been watching "Live PD" on the idiot box and almost every stop is either a DUI or they find drugs. 90% have no drivers license, insurance or even ID and half the cars are stolen. Is this the new reality or more BS "Reality TV"?

Perhaps, I have been sheltered for to long and missed something? Has our Country become that big of a sh**ho*e?

While the cops are conducting a 'spot check' location they stop everyone. On top of the normal questions about booze and dope, they also check that you are wearing a seat belt and check the validation sticker on your plates. If you are driving a 'big truck' they also take a peak at your log book and bill of lading.

Every employer I致e work for has dispensed performance enhancing drugs (for free) in order to stimulate their employees to work faster.
The harmful effects are usually ignored for the sake of production. Effects include:
insomnia, nervousness, restlessness, irritability, an upset stomach, a fast heartbeat and even muscle tremors.
Most of the employees consume these stimulates at work because theyæ±*e free versus paying the dealer on the corner (Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, etc..)
Personally I stay away from the stuff as much as possible. 的t痴 a gateway drug! ( 98% of all cocaine addicts tried coffee first).

LOL now that's a good one.

Unfortunately, YES. America is a mess with uninsured drivers, no license at all, and usually no registration. Not to mention the one's who are drunk, high, or dipsy from Oxy's. It's a mine field out there...

It's better, not worse....
Since 1982, drunk driving fatalities on our nation’s roadways have decreased 51%, while total traffic fatalities have declined nearly 20%. Among persons under 21, drunk driving fatalities have decreased 80%
