The WICKED Root & Debris GRAPPLE!!!!!!!

Thanks All. I did send ANBO a quote and information request early this morning and so far no response from them. Based on second hand info and older posts here I think they may wind up being more money than I want to spend for this tool. Course I won't know that till I hear from them :)

Travis, what's the timeline for delivery on a 54" single lid wicked grapple if ordered today?

We're currently running around 5 weeks behind due to EXTREMELY high demand, so hurry up!!

And FYI, you probably would've gotten an email response back from me within 30 mins or less.
I'm also manning the EA Facebook Page all the time as well as the EA Channel Facebook Group where MANY Wicked Grapple owners gather!!

Yep, ANBO's aren't cheap. 3 or 4 years ago I was quoted around $3,000 for a 60" which I had to buy through a dealer as at that time they didn't sell direct. Finally got around to buying a 55" root rake style recently from EA for about 1/2 the price.

A word of wisdom: Sit down before you read the ANBO quote. Mercedes pricing.

Finally got the Anbo quote and decided to stick with my previous choice. The Anbo was -90 lbs heavier and 60" so just placed the order for the EA 54" single lid grapple. I sure hope that 5 weeks is worth the wait;). Thanks for all the inputs!

Congratulations !! That is what I consider the best all around EA grapple.

I have a Borgford Grapple Home very similar to the ANBO design, Good grapples but Very Expensive.
If I had to buy another it would be a WICKED, as the Bo-Dozer grapple is all of 700 Lbs, and the A516 Gr 60 material while a cut above A36 mild steel, even 3/4" and 1" thick will bend under abusive use.
For a bit money, I'm Sure I could get EA to Add a few extra gussets for my kind of use.
The Wicked seems more of a root Grapple the Anbo, Borgford, etc. more of a rock Grapple. Wicked seems to have put a lot of thought and testing to their design.

I recently purchased the 54" single lid also. I ordered mine a bit earlier and didn't have as much of a wait. If I were told my ETA from EA was going to be five weeks, I would probably have sought other potential solutions as well. I had shopped around and decided on EA, but with a long wait that decision may not have held. Fact is; I didn't have that long of a wait, but with what arrived, I'm happy I waited as long as I did.

Let me be clear, with the knowledge I have now, I would have been a FOOL to go elsewhere and gladly would wait five weeks. The fit, the function, and the finish are all second to none. Beyond that, there are design differences between EA's grapples and the ones made by everyone else that simply make EA's grapples better than the ones made by everyone else (specifically their serrated edges and lower tine design).

Yep, after casually shopping for 3-4 years the 5 weeks Travis quoted me was nothing, it was the EA design and materials that won me over.

Same...

But even after being told, and seeing many images of it and many other grapples, as well as seeing a few other brands in person; I couldn't help but be impressed with it from the first time I laid eyes on it.

You will be pleased.

This is what I've been preaching for years and I'm verrrrrry excited to see more and more and more people agreeing with me!
You guys are awesome!!
