Good morning!!!!

77 earlier, 76 now, a breeze and it feels great! I just installed the mount for my 25' flagpole, I learned 2 things, can't trust your eye unless it's looking at the level, and my knees are way older than I thought!;)

Is that a mount on the ground? I need to install a 30-40' antenna pole at my parents for a TV antenna. They decided to ditch DishTV, they keep raising the price and it's up to $73 a month for basic. 4 months of fees will pay for the pole and new antenna.

Mine is in the ground. a 3' by 24" deep hole, pavers in the bottom and concrete filled. It does protrude about 2" above the ground.

Well Randy,
My knees don't allow me to guess. They tell me loudly how old they are, especially the left one.

This followed me home tonight. Now to figure out how to get it to the farm, about 6" wider than the fenders on my trailer.

:laughing:Now a wide trailer needs to follow you home.
Wife already nixed that one before it came up. Lol. If I could get it over the fenders, about 3/4 of the tire would be on the trailer. Maybe ramp it over somehow. I could lay boards across the deck sideways for the tires to sit fully on. I'd back it on.
Or check out uship.

Guys showed up for wife's French doors and windows replacements. I was admonished to keep my hands in pockets within 10 feet of them. Absolutely no helping or "directing".
They seem to be making great progress and I did manage to sneak in some quality checks throughout the day and they've been doing great I've found.
They got bonus points when they said whoever installed the original doors and windows did a great job as everything was level and plumb. Wife just rolled her eyes and said, "Here we go.."
Cuz, I did those!
Since I got the boot, I was reduced to dirt work and planting weeds (hydrangeas). Here's the final result. Don't pay any mind to that horrid green post hole digger. It actually is doing great work. 16 planting holes so far.

If my knees were the worst, I'd be pretty good, it's the deterioration in my lower back that really causes havoc.
