Thinking I might be able to chain the upper crank arms down to the drawbar to hold the 3PH down. Shouldn't be too much chain load with a heavy implement on the back.

Or may be able to pull the pins where the lift links attach to the lower links and then move the lift links all the way forward and repin them under the lower links to reduce the leverage.

It's a bit cold here to mess around outdoors attaching to a tree.

It didn't work and won't work like described because they are straight threads. Gotta tighten down against a sealing washer or o-ring to seal.

Yes, I teed into the loader power beyond with the gauge and QD's and got 2000 psi which is right on spec. Glad to not have to adjust the 3PH relief valve as it's difficult to access. Just thought the pressure needed to be checked after nearly 30 years of use.
Was able to disconnect the vertical lift links and reconnect them up close to the lower lift links front pivot so the 3PH had not enough leverage to lift a heavy duty landscape rake.
