I will have to try that! I'm always **** about straps being flat and not twisted for no reason other than being ****. :confused2:Make sure each section of strap, where it is not in contact with anything, has at least a half spin in it. You don't want any straight straps. This breaks up the airflow and prevents the whipping that you often see on straps.
That's a trick I leaned from a young trucker friend. I've been using it ever since, and I don't have whipping straps and I don't have cut straps.
