Oil filter for New Holland 2120

I have a 1995 Ford New Holland, diesel. Shibura. Looking for oil filter #. When I look it up Fram nothing for New Holland, and for Ford it calls it Ford diesel, not Shiburu.

The tractor doesn't live with me. I'd like to get a filter and go change it. I didn't look at filter last time I was there. I am not committed to Fram, they are just common.

I've only looked at Fleet Farm. I haven't tried Napa or Carquest.

SBA140516230 is the OEM part number.

I think FL1A might be the better one to say for ford.. since it' is motorcraft.

while we are kicking out 'will fit'

the napa 1515 or preferably, 1452 will hang on their too.

Don't think the longer filters will work, the side panel is to close.

Looking up a NH 2120 with the 2.3L 4 cyl.Shibaura I come up with different numbers for NAPA, Wix, Fram, and Purolator.
Wix lists a NH 2120 with 2.3L Shibaura as using a Wix 51348
NAPA lists a NH 2120 as using a NAPA 1348
OP, look up your 2120 on the Wix site then go to Fram to cross reference the Wix number.
Wix to Fram cross reference can be a Fram 3614,3614FP,7575, or 6016
Purolator cross shows a L10241

Lots of info posted by guys that don't know what a 1995 2120 is. Or think if a filter screws on it's correct.

I know a 1452/1515 fit my 1920. It had a 1515 on it when I got it. Never owned a 2120, though I know they are in the same family, have never seen where its panels are.

Its been ? 12 years since I owned it.. Can't remember where / how it mounted

Whole different deal than a 1920.

I knew it was bigger, didn't know it wasn't like a 3000 to 4000 ( is.. Similar 3 cyl, etc ) except in a 4. Thanks for the correction

Was a complete different beast? Rear axle and all?

2120 was its own animal except for its less common brother the 2WD economy model 3415. Bigger chassis than a 1920 it had 28" rear rubber and took a bigger loader 7109 / 7309. Optional hydraulic shuttle tranny.
1920 actually shared lots more with its little brother 1720.

Ahh. That's what threw me off. I've seen a 1720, and thought they looked alike. Never had the chance to see a 2120. Did look at a 3010s one time that I loved. And a 4?50 (3?6?) can't remember. Beefy looking.. Liked it too.

These days my 7610s stays parked. Batwing folded.. Cows n horses eating my pastures, only small 2-4 ac mowing... Use an old loose as a 2bit sloppy hooker 950 with nf for that.

Yes it is. It either has a cover over it, or is a cartridge style.

I tried cross refrencing the Wix number on Fram site didn't work. Wix called for two different filters, two different sizes for Shibaura engine. I just don't know where to get wix,locally, since I wante to do it this weekend.

The youtube video of 1920 showed a filter perpendicular to cover, and having size restrictions.

NAPA lists Shibura engine, but two filters 1348 and 1349. I might get both. Pictures shows regular screw on cartridge. Not sure if it a generic picture.

On the side of the engine is a blue cylinder, that I assumed was the the filter. Makes me think cartridge or paper filter. As you probably guessed this is my first oil change. ***edit, going off memory, and maybe all wrong.

Yes, the Wix site listed 2 filters but I ruled out the first one because its a tall filter and someone said a short filter is required. Both use 3/4 - 16 thread. Get one of the others. NAPA 1348 (short filter) is the same as the 51348 Wix. The NAPA 1349 is the tall filter.
