Lynch Pins

I lost both of those funky LS pins on my G3033h the first week I had it. Figured the replacements would get lost just as fast, and.besides they are ridiculously overpriced, so went with the other style you have pictured. They do fine, doesn't seem that hard to use them to me, but everyone has different likes/dislikes.

Does the other style stay on better? No way I am paying $11 for a lynch pin :)

Yikes, totally different pin! The common pin I imagined (and was linked on Amazon) goes over an end, not the side.
I would just go with the replacement from your first post. I've never seen a pin like this on the common market.

Thanks for the pic, MO.
Kioti uses a pin that looks like what the top of your original pin shows in your pic, BUT it has a fender washer sized larger than the head of your pin attached to the top, and it is held in place by either a cotter pin, or a smaller size version of the pin I showed in the link. Don't have tractor in front of me to check which), AND it has a chain attached to the fender washer that attaches back on the stabilizer or somewhere similar. That system works well, but somehow I managed to break one of the chains, of course.:confused3:

In Canada, similar pins can be found at Princess Auto for less than $1. Very common.

I guess that's not much help... But at least you know that they are not a special thing and they should be out there somewhere.

Here's the pin from Princess Auto -- 1/4 in. Linch Pins for Tubes | Princess Auto -- $1.99 (Canadian?) for 2.

The pin is designed for a tubular application, but it may work for the OP.

Shipping would be costly -- $15.65 (Canadian ?) to SC. Ouch!!!!

I am sorry yours is for square and mine is round tube.
Edit you do have the unused hole that can be use to run a safety wire through.

Have you tried flipping the handle/larch back? We had one flip that way, was a real pain to flip it back to the origin side but did it. works fine now.
