Does anyone have the phone number to get a hold of someone at Bro-tek? I sent them an email but noone responded.

Interesting that their website has no phone number on it - at least not that I could find. That should tell you something right there!!

I agree. It's always frustrating when you can't call and talk to an actual person.

Does that number work?

I had an email exchange, he asked for more measurements, I sent them and that email was never acknowledged . . . that was 5 days ago. Two subsequent emails have gone unanswered. Hope all is okay with Richard.

I'm trying to buy a ripper for my Kubota BH77, anyone have one?

I do & I love it! I haven't put my bucket back on in the nearly 2 years I've had my ripper tooth!!

Here's a couple of other pictures. I also have the Bro-Tek Thumb as well as Bro-Tek rear spacers.

Before ordering my Bro-Tek ripper, I checked with Richard to be sure it would work okay with my stock Kubota thumb (converted from mechanical to hydraulic). He said it would, so we'll see. I suppose I'll have to be careful not to run the two together hard . . . we'll see how it interfaces.

Wonder why no one has come up with a thumb and ripper that would work together like a giant pruning shear - - no root would stand a chance.

They exist! Just have to step the budget up a bit;)

That's a"step up" in budget?? Looks to be at least a quantum leap. Besides, they don't make them for a "wee little hoe".

Good news is that as trees go, Aspens are pretty easy. The small ones up to about 3 to 4" diameter will pretty much pull right out with my 10" bucket and thumb. The bigger ones require some earth work but still don't have deep roots.
