What would be a reasonable price for a 1994 4020 Ingersol (large tire) garden tractor w/48 " mower deck......excellent condition?

Power steering,3 point hitch?How many hours?I bought a 1996 ingersoll 4020 ingersoll back in 2012 with 20 hp onan,48 inch deck,power steering,3 point lift,front snow blade,tire chains with 400 hours in excellent condition for $3,000 bucks.

There is a very nice 4018 with mower and blade for sale locally for $1700- don't know the hours. They're a great machine- I owned a 448- but the don't have the market that a used JD has.
