I woke up at the cottage this morning, and it was -21 Celsius, and about a foot or more of new snow. Snowblower time!

Darn cold out this AM. 63 yesterday, 22 this AM. Spent last night in the e/r. Was working on the electric fence, slipped, dropped some rods, one smacked me in the mouth. Teeth went through below my lower lip. Pallet got scrapped pretty good too.

You deserve a do-over. That has to hurt for a few days. Hope they gave you some pain meds and a tetanus booster.

A burnt pallet from hot pizza cheese is bad enough, fence rod can't be good. Heal quickly.

Good Morning. 0845, partly cloudy, 46F with 82% humidity. Forecast high of 56F with 0% chance of rain this afternoon, and a low of 34F tonight. It's cold and windy this morning, but at least the sun is shining. It being Monday, I have heavy things to pick up and put down. For only lifting twice a week, these days sure seem to come around mighty often.

Riptides, hope you feel better soon. Anytime you have a hurt mouth it's a pain in the neck.

It's only in the teens but very windy in central Ohio right now and on the flat plains with nothing to break that wind it feels like 30 below. Even the dogs want back inside. So much for doing anything outside today.

Cold here, 7F. At least the sun is out. Trying to get a few things done, I slept in pretty good, not up to 9 am. Really unusual for me. Now I need for coffee. The coffee zombie....MUST HAVE COFFEE!!!

3F. The wind did howl today, slowing down some this evening. Just steady now without the gusts. The frozen fog glaze on the new snow kept it from drifting thank goodness. Plenty of sunshine today too.

I use straight Clorox, leave it on for a half minute then rinse.

Good evening all. 10F this morning, clear with calm wind. Hit about 25F for a high clouds increasing and a clipper passing through tonight or early morning. Then it is going to get cold for here, by 5 pm the wind chill will be below 0F and next couple of nights temps near 0 and wind chill -20 . Got some wood sawed and split but even though dead several years not well seasoned.

No, but story in the paper said $750,000 in damage. It was an old house, with an attached indoor swimming pool. The pool structure did not burn.
