You need two hydraulic lines up front on your loader.

The least expensive thing to do it run lines off of one of your rear remotes under the chassis and then up along the loader bracket, then down the loader to the front in order to control.

Have you looked at the fuel line closely to make sure no cracks? Some times they will even suck air and not leak when bad. I had a similar issue on my Deere and also they bleed back to the tank. They put a one way inline valve on mine that would not let it bleed back to tank.

It takes six weeks or more to lose pressure. As a result, I'm not concerned about it unless it was to get worse. My problem was the dealer told me that if the tractor ran out of gas, I'd need to bring the whole thing 150 miles to them to reset the computer, a thing that appears to be untrue. Simply prime the system again, and fire up.

FWIW, Kioti over tightened one hose clamp on a radiator hose that then leaked through the cords, and so I wouldn't be a bit surprised to learn the same thing is taking place on a fuel line.

From my experience of bumping it into trees, I think the loader is pretty robust. However, when I was shopping for a plow, the plow's total weight was a consideration, so that I could still steer with the loader in float mode. Also, I have Rim Guard in my front tires as well which also helps weight the front and allow the operator to steer the tractor.

KiotiKevin, here is a photo I took while assembling the plow. The photo doesn't show it clearly enough, but the plow comes with a crossover relief valve too in case you bang on something, so as to allow the plow to move and give.

You know I have done a lot of "bad things that everyone warns against" with my loaders over the years, including the latest Kioti, and I am not convinced they are as delicate as a lot of folks think they are. Sure I suppose you could wreck one if you were just plain stupid, but I sure have pried a lot of rocks out of the ground, pushed over a lot of trees, and dug holes from the side of the bucket with my homemade shovel and such, and nothing has fell off, broke or twisted like a pretzel. If I had the money, I would love to have a front mounted SSQA snow blade with hydraulic angle and I would not hesitate to use it.

I've been using a 9' Western power angle truck plow on my 35 HP tractor with chains on all 4 tires and still haven't managed to hurt the loader arms.
So I think you would be fine.

I'm not saying they're delicate, but they are designed to lift and push, not designed be pulled left and right with great force.

I'm glad to see that people are using fel plows with success.

Same here (regarding the FEL).

And regarding the front SSQA plow, you can make one for pretty dang cheap. I haven't started the thread yet, but I picked up a used western plow (just the plow, no mount or A-frame) for about $150... Bought a SSQA plate for about $125... And maybe have another $50 in metal fab & paint. Haven't added hydraulics yet, but even still, that wouldn't add more than $150 (not counting hoses). If you can do your own welding, it's pretty inexpensive.

That is great news vince.I purchased a hyd.7ft. front loader snow plow from Michigan Iron this past summer.Now if we just get some snow I can use it.LOL.

With the price of the Western 9' plow, SSQA plate, paint, skid shoes, Etc. I probably have $400 to $500 in my front blade setup.

Beats me. I have about $3100 into my 8' Hiniker.

Nothing was on crags list all spring. I looked, but wanted a competed plowing option available for this winter ready to go and my tractor was delivered 6 weeks late in late June, complicating my fabrication and building plans.

2015, I hope to get more done!

Thanks Eric. also appreciate the input from everyone on the subject. I notice a concern re side stresses on loader arms but also I know Vince has been successfully at this thing awhile. Anybody ever have any issue with that ? Thanks again.

Man, I like the sound, or lack there of, of that tractor. The throttle tied into the pedals makes a huge difference and the tier IV engine seems much quieter than mine. I generally find my cab quite peaceful and enjoy working with the radio on, but when the engine's cranked to rated RPM speed for the blower or long road travel, you need to turn that radio up a fair bit and it's nowhere near as peaceful.

Hah. I'm wearing ear plugs and my radio is at level 10 (I don't know what it tops out at). On the other hand, despite turbine noise, machine guns, explosives, motorcycling, and 2/55 air growing up, I have super sensitive hearing. I hear mice. Really.
