Anyone else have this on their loader arms? I used to clean it but now it just kind of keeps it black.

Yes, My BX2350 has the same issue. Clean it once a year or when it really looks bad.

me 1 bx24 looks like crap, simple green kinda works but STILL looking for something that works good

you could take an exhaust elbow or just a deflector attaching it with a hose clamp to rid the bulk of that.

With many of the newer tractors of all makes they seem to be doing variable amounts of sooting on the loader.

Mine does, but I don't much care, so I've never cleaned it.

Yep, bought mine to work, not look purdy.
OH YEA, don't think my m7040 goes high enough for that. At least I don't put it that high very many times.

My Kioti CK30 was the same, still to soon to tell if the DK45 is going to do it. 4Shorts did an awesome mod on his Kubota that would take care of it, I'd love do do the same one day.

My Kubota does it on the left side, and my Jinma does it on the right side.
Were I to try to clean it, I would try "Murphy's Oil Soap."

dido for my BX25, I try to keep the bucket up when starting so it doesn't hit it. Most of the time it's only when the bucket is down and I'm loading stuff into it.

Acetone and brake clean both take it off, but I dont worry about it on my stuff.

I really don't worry about it but in the fall when I give the tractor a good wash to keep the ice and snow from sticking to the mud I use Oil Eater (Costco sells it). It cuts through the soot very well.

I just wipe it once in a while but I dont worry about it.

If ya ain't got soot, ya ain't doing 'nuff work. If ya got time to clean it, ya ain't doing 'nuff work...:)

I never clean mine. I just trade the tractor back to Barlows and get one that doesn't have any soot on it.:D

 somehow your statement didnt surprised me. Everytime I walk into my kubota dealer, I always look over my shoulder for JT half expecting him to walk in the door even though he in another state :p
