Mechron 2200

just received a new mechron yesterday. Got the free top, and have a whopping 2 hours on the clock. first impressions are very good. a bit lowder than my mules , but it is a diesel. the ride is great.it has a bit of pep also that i am pleased with. Need to find a good gun rack for it. love the 50 amp alternator so i can use the cig lighter for the spotlight.

Thanks for the report. Glad to hear you like it so far. I am going to be ordering one before the special is over later this month. Dealer said he'd throw in canopy...so might ad the hydrolic dump feature...but that's about it. Thinking about the front mounted hitch for maneuvering trailers easier. Going for a green one.

What color did you get? Camo for hunting?

dealer only had orange. the front cowl is the only thing with that color. the camo is a kit that overlays the front and the rear bed. It looks good but i am unsure of the cost. I may opt for that in years ahead when i get some damage. I think it is going to be a good performer, and i love the sound of that little diesel engine.I was under the impression that you had to take DELIVERY of the unit prior to the end of this month to get the rebate price. I am going to report further as I get a bit of use.

I picked up Mechron 2200 about a week ago. So far (about 6 hours on the machine) it's been a delightful experience. The ride on the washboard roads is better than in my automobile and the fuel gage still shows a nearly full tank. When I went to pick it up, I found the dealer had installed a windshield I hadn't ordered. He offered to take it off but after a short discussion we elected to leave it on. Now that I have the windshield, I'm glad it's there. I may change my mind when the snow starts but I can deal with that if it proves to be a nuisance. I think my next move will be to work on attaching a snow blade.

I'll soon find out! I want a green one-and if he does not have it in stock-and I order before the 3oth, I'll assume he'll take the order. Finger's crossed.

Update: My dealer has a Green one in a crate and will build it out for me with hydraulic Dump bed. gave me a deal on that, free canopy, plus the special pricing.

Well, my 2 running buddys saw my new mechron and yeasterday they went and each picked one up. They got the windshields ( had to "one up me" ). We are going to the ranch this weekend, and are looking forward to trying them out. We noticed that on 2 of the 3 the rear side decal has a more brownish color, not thae same as the orange hood. Just enough to tell when they are next to each other.

Finally made it up to the dealer and purchased a Green Mechron 2200. Took advantage of the current promo. Great price for this UTV right now. It is actually for the wife. I have a Honda Foreman ATV. She can take her dog with her when running around the place on the Mechron; which she can't do on the ATV.

She'll kick my butt when they deliver it the day after her Birthday! She doesn't know about this. Hopefully I'll survive and she'll take to it. Wish me luck pals!

Here is how it is configured:

3. Hydraulic Lift Bed
4. Skid Plates
5. CVC boot Dust/Rock Protectors
6. Mirrors
7. Windshield
8. ATV style dirt tires-not turf tires

I'll post pics when it is delivered (assuming I don't get skinned!)

BTW-the dump bed works great!! 1st one they have installed. They had just installed it when I was there at the dealership getting a 100 hour service on the CK30 HST

I saw a utv today that was called a bad boy buggy, and it is a re-badged kiot mechron. Had the camo and shields on the half shafts. Salesman was upset when I told him I had just got a kioti for 2 grand less than he was asking.
