Loader Bent loader arm at sleave for pin

I don't know how far away a good fab shop would be for you but that is what you need! It will definitely take two people between heating with a big torch with a rose bud tip.
I'd probably have him make a matching set of gussets for both sides and both arms to be welded on when it is back into position to keep it there!

I tried a propane burner to no avail. All it did was burn the paint off.

Decided to take off the loader, remove all the hydrualics from the arm and bring it and the bucket to a steel guy / welder. I told him to fix it the best way he saw fit.

He ended up cutting it and rewelding it back on with an extra plate on the bottom for some extra support. While the bucket was there, I had him weld on two hooks and a loop too.

I have not yet put it back together to see if all four pins line up. I am hoping everything lines up. The welder could only line up the two pins and not the bucket dump pins because the hydraulics were off the arm. It seems like it all should work though.

Here are some pics of the finished product.

Looks like it came out VERY well...
What paint did you go back with... Is that rattle can spray paint? KennyV

I am glad it looks good to you. Thanks.

That is rattle can paint. Kubota brand. The newer bright orange color. Underneath I used spray can primer from the local hardware store. It looks nice there in the sun, but I did not have much patience applying it and it ran all over the place.

I forgot to say that the welder charged me $125. I was good with that.
