When going from reverse to forward direction i have noticed my little Bota seems to "bounce" two or three times before levealing out and roaring off. It only seems to do it if I only PARTIALLY push the peddle (like half way push it down) If I push all the way it does not seem to do it. Is this normal, or do I have the beginnigs of problems?

Perhaps "I have no idea what you're talking about" isn't the most helpful answer. Or perhaps that confirms your suspicions.

I'd be wondering about your foot on a partial movement causing that type movement.

Ok, Hydrostatic transmission, while mowing around objects i frequently have to back up, and then move forward. I seem to get a bouncing in the transmission when I back up and then move forward, especially when i only mash the go peddle partially. If I push it all the way to the floor it takes off like normal (snaps your neck back speed)

Does this explination make more sense now?

I have noticed that my foot will agravate the problem. Once I start bouncing my foot will start bouncing on the peddle and make it worse

You will need a good counter weight on your 3pt to balance your load, this will avoid many problems...

Im mowing, why would I need a counter weight? there is no loader on this machine, just used as a mower

make sure your tire pressure is correct. Soft tires will contribute to the
bounce. Weight on the 3pt will also help to damp out the bounce.

Just a shot in the dark, but if the BX2200 has the gas spring shock dampening the fwd/rev pedals like the BX2350, it could be bad

I must be describing this incorrectly. It is NOT bouncing like going over bumps or carring a load but "surging" "maybe this is a better description"
