Can't find HF Quick Hitch Modification Threads

I spent almost 3 hours last night looking for some threads I have seen with modifications for the HF Quick Hitch. Of course, I chased few rabbits along the way I can usually find things using creative words in the search feature, but I struck out last night. I think both of the things I am looking for were buried in a different thread and were sort of a hijack, or at least a slight departure from the main topic. But, I could be wrong on that part.

One thread showed how someone had modified the top hook by grinding and cutting it. I mounted my QH into the FEL bucket yesterday and tried my blade on it. That' s when I realized I needed to modify my top hook.

The other thread showed how someone made an adapter for the top link so the hook wasn't needed. The thread showed the HF version and I think it also showed the shop made version. The dimensions were also given.

Can you point me to either of these threads.

I made this one...I would not drill the hole at 3.5", it doesn't really work. If I were do it again, I would look into changing the measurements to see if 4.5" and 6.5" would work better.

Reason you might not have found what you were looking for... is people used "quick adapter" or "quick attach". Here's a couple you might be looking for...
