JD 2520
I took delivery of my slightly used 2520 on Saturday. I then sold my 2320 on Sunday and waved god bye as it rolled out of the driveway,

It is a 2007 that went into service in 2008 with only 57 hours on it. I'm thrilled with it. Don't get me wrong the 2320 was an awesume machine, this one just has a bit more to offer...

All i have to do is get my alternator upgrade complete to power up my Jodale Perry cab that is on the way.

With only a few minutes of seat time so far, all I can comment on so far is the quicker hydraulics.

I'll post pics soon...

Congratulations! I'll bet you really like that machine. Mine has done everything I've asked of it and more.

The cab sounds like a neat addition. What are your major uses for the tractor?

Let us know some more of differences between the two.
Sometimes I wonder if a 2320 would have been enough for what I do.
I have a 2520 and have been moving a lot of gravel and digging holes with the backhoe.

Will do, I havent had any seat time ont he 2520 yet but will post when I do. One thing I know is I hate the 3 pt hitch arms and how they rub my tires. I'm trying to get local dealers to cooperate on getting them changed to the 2720 style but getting nowhere fast.

Thanks...

2305JD: Why encouraged you to upgrade from the 2320 to a 2520? I ask because I have a firend trying to decide between the two.

"One thing I know is I hate the 3 pt hitch arms and how they rub my tires."

Using a quick hitch and keeping the side links really tight will help with this problem. Didn't solve it completely for me, though, they still would rub when I had a heavy attachment raised all the way up.
