Yes... the govt. basically put a TARP on their $50 million tap on the Fannie. It was a "green" handshake of sorts; more of an exercise in accounting than true punishment. An Al Cobb-like bookkeeping move?

Where would one look for a Farmtrac 795DTC and Farmtrac 7115DTC?
Nomrally wouldnt even look at a smaller brand like this but an interest was sparked as they're made from the same design as my Favourite European Tractors.

Welcome back into the farmer's cyber version of the Jungle. It's always a pleasure...

TFC's probably not pushing it, because it does not serve them. Time is on their side as more interest accrues, more dealers either fall off or are not able/willing to sustain the mental and financial rigors of maintaining business--or of filing suit.

A good-sized Kentucky dealer said early in the game that major corporations not only have a cadre of legal personnel on retainer but are notorious for cluttering Joe Citizen's path with continuances and other courthouse manipulations that can delay actual proceedings from happening for years.

Sometimes decades.

Long enough that "all those launching the case died. That's one way to improve odds of winning," the Blue Grass State retailer said.

In addition, there's a significant risk of the two executive groups not winning if they go toe-to-toe with dealers in front of the scale-holding naked lady. Mid-January 2010 will be the two-year mark since the tractor assembler closed its doors, and left workers and dealers in the dark. It has been adequate time for buyers and sellers to communicate, and perform the forensics needed to substantiate their case.

One thing's for sure: I'm waiting for the court showdown to so acculumate, compile and scribe the final chapters of this story. It'd make my mother fu**ing day--and much, much longer--for a front row seat while FNA and TFC execs squirm in the chair during testimony, then deal with swift, severe meteing out of justice.
