Kubota B7610 + Kubota G1800-S
I just brought home my new (to me) B7610 w/ LA352FEL, Folding ROPS & R4s.
It included a Kubota ballast box, a Woods PHD (not pictured), and a 5' rake .
It is an '05, and has 127 hours on it. The only wear that shows is some scratches on the hood, and typical paint wear/rust on the bucket.

I know that everyone here likes pictures, so here they are:

I am not sure but it looks like your 7610 has the old style seat. If it does you might be able to get a free one from the dealer. I had to pay $50 for the one on my b7510 but it was way better than the one it came with. I am sure you will enjoy the 7610 a bunch it looks to be in great shape.

My first impressions of the B7610 :D.

Good:
  • Power Steerig rocks, period! This is one of the main reasons that I was looking for a good deal on a different tractor; it is the one be downfall of the B7100. Because of this, my wife may actually use this tractor.
  • Folding ROPS -- necessary if I ever park it in the house-attached garage, as it only has 7' doors (sometimes it lives there if I am doing a winter wax job on the car where it normally lives). This is also a great thing, as I have some low branches that I've hit with the ROPS on my B7100.
  • It seems quienter than the B7100
  • Tach -- the B7100 didn't have one.
  • Control locations -- more ergonomic, and much better labeled.
  • Power, 50% more of it; what's not to like!
  • Rear lift capability -- the other reason that I bought it, 1080lbs 24" behind pins vs. 400 (rated, but actually about 600 if you use the outer pin holes). The B7100 struggled to get the PHD out of of the ground some times, and also struggled to pick up my firewood pallets with the rear carry-all.
  • The 3 Point Lift has a easy-to-access knob to control the lowering speed -- big improvement over the get off the seat and break out the 17mm wrench routine.
  • Headlights -- they can't be any worse than what is on the B7100
  • All other lighting -- much better; it even has turn signals for the occasional road travel.
Too soon to tell:
  • R4 Industrial tires -- I won't be mowing, but I hope these don't damage the lawn too much when moving firewood pallets. I definitely need to not drive on the lawn if it has been wet recently.
  • Electronics for instrumentation -- the big advantage of the B7100 was its simplicity. I hope none of this fails. Does my engine have a computer? The B7100 engine has nice, simply all mechanical fuel injection.
  • Fuel consumption: My B7100 was very miserly on fuel (about 1/3 gal per hour doing FEL work). I'm sure a bigger engine means more fuel usage.

Bad:
  • All the loaders available for the B-series tractors have a lot lower lift height than the (obviously aftermarket) Woods DuAl 145 loader on my B7100. The height at the pins on the woods is 82", where it is only 69" on the LA352 (which, BTW is 3 inches LOWER than the spec for the loaders on the recent BX models). I was able to load dirt onto a 5 ton dump with my Woods (with the help of 8" high ramp), but wouldn't be able to do that with this.
  • Not a problem with the tractor, so much as my forks. I had Everything Attachments custom build a set of FEL pallet forks only a few months back. The loader arms are 39" wide on center, the Woods loader on my B7100 are 36". I'll need to get these modified, or try to sell them. I might try to go quick attach this time (and get my bucket modified for quick attach too).
  • Again, not a problem with the tractor, but I just got a CCM T-N-T kit, and the B7100 uses a ball swivel at the top of the side link, where the B7610 uses a clevis. Will I damage my 3PH rocker arm but putting a pin through for the ball-type link (which will put a twisting moment on it under load, instead of a pure down-force with the clevis).

Other comments:
  • Why can't Kubota be consistent with their throttles. My 1980 B7100, you increased RPM by pulling the throttle towards you, the 1998 B7100, you push it away from you. My G1800S, push away for higher RPM (or up, depending on how you view it). The B7610, pull towards you (are down, depending on how you view it).
  • I here the telescoping 3PH stabilizers from the B2910 can be used on these. I want to get them (comments?).
  • I haven't gotten the maintenance records yet. Seller claims to have had 50 hour service done at dealer. He (conveniently) forgot to tell me the dealer's name. I'll call and get the info. Otherwise, I'll assume nothing has been done, and do all maintenance that should have been done by now.

Overall, it is a very nice evolution of the species.

Now, I just need to move my rear remotes and T-N-T from the B7100 to the B7610.

The seat on it does suck. I'll have to give Messick's a call. $50 is a small price to pay to avoid having a PITA. Thanks for the heads up.

BTW, that is one sweet new B3200 you got there!

I almost kept the seat off of my 7510 just in case I did not like the one on the 3200 but the quy who bought it off of me came to look at it to fast. But I did keep the arm rest. I think the one on the 3200 is even better though.

Jas67,
Here is a link where you can find the 3ph stabilizer arms for the B7610. There is a big time difference between the old and new seats. That is about 1st on my list but I keep putting it off for when I have the time to get to the dealer. The 3ph stabilizers are a close second.

Congrats on your purchase. I too recently bought an 05 B7610 with around 137 hours on it. Just called the dealer and they have no record of the 50 hour service being done so I guess I will start rounding up all the needed fluids and filters.. Good luck with your new toy!
