4520 - Which options to buy?

/ 4520 - Which options to buy? #11
Everyone else has pretty well covered the good options. One other one thats good on a cab tractor is a HORN. Its handy to get the attention of someone that might be on the ground helping you out.

Sincerely, Dirt

Or on a open model too!! Lot's of times I wish I had one. I'll be adding it.....sometime....

Not sure if we listed it - but the adjustable draft links is HUGE. I love mine.

I would pass on the quick hitch and just get adjustable draft links. I ditched all my quick hitches due to all the different implements I use.

I don't have them, but adjustable draft links would likely cause me to ditch my QH too. All the fab'ing I'm gonna have to do is going to be a PITA!!!

Darin, do you know if they're back-compatible with the older machines?? I'll get you the Paypal payment as soon as my CC and Laptop are in the same place at the same time, hopefully this evening!!

Adjustable draft links are your friend. How old is your machine? I think they have had them as an option for a long time.

No problem on the manual, I'll hold it for you.

I had telescopic draft links on my 3020 from the 1960s' so they have been around a long time. They make a huge difference in hitching up solo.
Wouldn't think of not having them.

FWIW, consider the extra hydraulic add ons that are factory installed, if you find you need them later on you will be glad you did.
