As you can see from my profile pic, I overhauled my Zetor. The hood was rotten, so I junked that and managed to get an other one. The hood itself fits perfectly, but I should have checked the hinges and the transverse stays before throwing the old one away; it shows that on the new hood those were modified or that the whole hood comes from some wider machine. These hinges extend to outside to of the hood, which gives an offset, and the transverses are too low and run against the intake manifold and the cylinders so I can not close it. Up to now I have been running without a hood, but it is time that that gets changed. It would save me quite some time and effort if anyone who has a UR1 series would send me a few pictures of the hinges and the stays of his machine with an indication of some measurements. Appreciate your help.
