That's not a sandwhich...it is either a whole days meal or a heart attack. LOL.

Big fan of scrapple! :)

That sandwich would run you $15 at MCDonalds.

What, no butter?

How about a breakfast burrito with garlic mashed potatoes, salmon, and 2 runny eggs?

I had to look up scrapple, I’d never heard of it, I thought it was a typo. It looks good to me but my weight is trending down and that would make it trend up.

You and me both, ripsters.
Philly boys love scrapple.

It’s just what it say “scrap”. Its all the pork left over with corn meal and some spices.

The only good Scrapple is Habbersetts or home made by the Amish.

It sounds like stuff that would bind you up or make you loose....one or the other.

A favorite in the mid East coast, and now I have to go make one.

I will never eat PIG, you can't grade it because its such a extreme
quality of meat. When I was in Italy they were having a pig roast
and you should have seen the huge grubs in it! A pig eats garbage
its not for me

You apparently have never been on a hog farm. Hogs are fed a balanced ration of ground corn, soybean meal and vitamin/mineral supplement. They are not fed garbage in the USA.

Once I tried to see if one could kill himself with bacon.
It's not possible but it was delicious trying. 😆
I've also experimented with pulled pork, and sausage, the good small shop or homemade stuff in the PA-Dutch tradition.
I'm surprised that so many had to look up scraple.

Our corporate offices are just outside of Philly, and whenever a couple of guys would come to our office, they would bring authentic scrapple with them, but I wasn’t into eating pigs, brains, but a few guys loved it

My nearly daily go-to breakfast is 2 fried duck eggs from my ducks over nann bread (from Costco), with shredded parmesan (also from Costco) sprinkled over that, and then slices of banana (also from Costco) over that...and then finally either salsa (also from Costco) or a dash of maple syrup (also from Costco) over that.

So basically, between Costco and my ducks, this dude pigs out every morning. When I get this thing built, it's a mountain of food, and then I'm cool till dinner.
