I also think its a great and inspirational story, but I have
a hard time imagining how a dog or any other four legged
friend can run and jump with both legs gone on the same
side. They must develop a tremendous sense of balance.
Seriously, how would they do it?

Wal, saw an "Amazing Animals" segement on TV not long ago. It was a story about a greyhound and was showing this dog flying around the yard (fast) and chasing balls. I was kind of like "whats so amazing about this?" when the dog ran closer to the camera and you could see it was missing two legs on the same side. Wouldn't have believed it either until I saw it myself.
