One thing that limits the usefulness of this machine and others that are similar is that it/they are dedicated to one purpose. In this case, it's a tracked wheelbarrow. Orec America appears to use a similar track drive on one machine that's a trackbarrow, another machine that's a tracked flail mower, and still another that's a tracked snow pusher.

If someone were to build one of these that was essentially a tracked walk behind tractor that (a) could be converted to multiple purposes and (b) had a PTO to drive a brush mower, that would be more appealing to me.

Earth Tools lists their prices on their website. Generally, tracks for 2 wheel tractors are about $1,600. Could be some other costs involved, too. Wheel Accessories - Earth Tools

So the 2 wheel tractor is say $4,300, tracks are $1,600, and a cart is say $400, that's $6,300 versus the $2,400 yard max track barrow.

The machine Moss Road just posted has a lifan engine. Not sure what brand of track machine that actually is or what it costs.
