yanmar ym2200 problems

I have a yanmar ym2200 that's getting air into the radiator and it's also getting air into the injector pump. I've bled the fuel at the pump and the engine speeds up but when I close the bleeder it starts to slow down. The tractor will run fine for maybe 15 minutes before it starts to act up. Also need the valve settings. It was set at .007 intake and .002 on exhaust.

This may not fix the problem but clean the air filter and see if a varmint has not built a bed in the air intake system.
