Oil & Fuel Yanmar LX4500 won't stay running

My 2015 Yanmar LX4500 keeps shutting off after a minute or so. I have removed and cleaned out the water/fuel separator, replaced the fuel filter and bled the system as well. It happens when using or while idling without an operator in the seat.

New diesel fuel, fuel conditioning additive as well. Kept outside in summer, in barn during winter months. 350 hours on clock, bought new in 2015.

No leaks noticed, runs great otherwise.

Is there anything I might be missing?

How exactly is the engine shutting down? Immediately, decreasing rpm's, slowly over a few seconds?

Shutdown is immediate, no stuttering or decreasing rpms. It's like someone turned off the key.

Starts back up? Not tripping any switches to make it. Sit in the seat, Depress the Clutch pedal Etc..? Trying to rule out Elec. issue or fuel?

Works best if I wait about 30 seconds or so to restart. No clutch.
No difference if operator is in seat or not.
Same results if tractor is cold or hot.
Does not act fuel starved, shuts off immediately.

Welcome to TBN. Sorry to hear that you are having issues.

Have you looked at your wiring for corrosion / rodent issues?

From afar, I would wonder about the fuel "shutoff" solenoid (that actually allows fuel in, but shuts off when the power is cut) activating because something is wrong in the circuit that supplies power.

Best guess, either a defective safety switch is shutting down the machine, or the fuel solenoid is not working properly (in order of probability).
