Alright, ifigured the hook up was on all tractors and just capped off with the ones that didnt have an fel. Im still re new to all this. Could you point me in the right direction to get started?

Never had one of these but this is one option you might consider. Price wise it will end up being more economical than the hydraulic top link. I am really not the one to give a lot of installation advise. I am not a hydraulic guru by any means. I will point out a few things that might point you in the right direction. First item you will need is the top link such as this. Surplus Center - 2X8.25X1.18 CAT I HYD DA TOP LINK CYL You will need to make sure the retracted and extended length will work for you. Notice this one has a check valve which research shows to be a plus.

Then you will have to install a control valve to operate with such as this. Surplus Center - 1 SPOOL 8 GPM PRINCE MB11B5C1 DA VALVE

Then you will need hydraulic hoses to fit your installation such as this. One I am showing is for pricing estimate only. Surplus Center - 3/8" X 36" JIC 6F X JIC 6F 4000 PSI HYD HOSE

This picture shows one place you can hook up on your 1802. Notice the looped hydraulic hose going around the stop valve. Where the ends of that hose go into the control valve is where you can hook up hydraulics. There are instructions on how to do it. If you decide to proceed I will share them.

Might note this is going to be an expensive endeavor. Maybe close to $350?
