XJ 2025H lock out switches

Hello Tom,
Yes I am still fighting with this on the engine this time. I changed the fuel filter, it was nasty, I let the filter fill and checked the bleed for fuel pretty much air-free. Tried to start and nothing used diesel starter fluid would fire momentarily. I guess I need to look at the injectors or just lead up that connection first. Any ideas on this.

Did you crank the engine when you loosened the bleed screw?

Hi Tom,
Long time no see, I replaced the positive battery cable it was defective on the battery end. Now I am getting a Code on the LED panel showing a "J-1" indication on the screen. What does that mean? As usual, any help is appreciated.

Hmm. I don't see any info on there being trouble codes at all in the manual. I'll keep my thinking cap on.

Hey I am glad you responded. The new battery cable works it cranks well but I bled the screw and it will not fire up. Now that fuel line is clear from the junction where it splits off ok tried starter fluid still nothing. ??? Um I did this standing beside the tractor not in the seat if the seat was locked out not seating it would not start to begin with right ?

No, it should start w/o being in the seat. Set your park brake. Did the J1 go away?

Yes it did go away might be a voltage low indication, Still nothing on the start up the fuel system needs to track this down Illustrations ?

I checked on the OP manual and looked at 5-25 and 5-26 followed the instructions no change
