X585 W/45 loader lifting problem !

I have a X585 that I've owned for about 3 yrs. Works fine and handles everything I need it to do. The problem I'm having is that when I put the loader on im not getting the lifting power I once had. If I try to pick up a bucket of topsoil it will lift no higher than about 3'. If I try to pick up my 62" deck or 47" blower it won't do it. Empty it raises and tilts fine. I just changed the filter and replaced the HY-Gaurd, didn't help at all. Any ideas as to what's causing the lack of lift power ?

Lifting power comes from pressure. Loss of pressure usually means the flow is going elsewhere. Since it sounds like it is affecting all of the hydraulic lift functions I suspect it could be the system relief valve is stuck open.

I would plug a guage into the quick disconnect ports to see what the pressure is, working properly I would expect 940 to 1000 psi.
